Tirana-Rinas road blocked from today, timetables and roads where it can be passed

As of today, vehicle traffic in the Tirana-Rinas direction is blocked due to the works being carried out for the construction of the new overpass at Qafë Kashar.

The Albanian Road Authority announces that the blockade will be in effect today and tomorrow (January 14), from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

According to the ARRSH, during this interval, vehicle traffic towards Rinas Airport will be carried out via alternative routes: Vorë–Fushë Krujë (Rinas turn), the secondary road, the Tirana–Kamëz–Valias–Rinas axis, as well as the Kashar–Thumanë road built by the concessionaire.

"Due to the works being carried out by the Albanian Road Authority for the construction of the new overpass at Qafë Kashar, there will be a blockage of the ramp in the Tirana-Rinas direction, in the interval: Time 20:00 – 06:00 Dates 13–14.01.2026

The circulation of vehicles towards Rinas Airport will be carried out through alternative roads: Vorë – Fushë Krujë (Rinas turn); Secondary road; Tirana – Kamëz – Valias – Rinas; Kashar – Thumanë road, built by the concessionaire.

"We ask for the understanding of drivers, who must follow the provisional signage and plan their movement in time," the announcement states.
