Analyst Baton Haxhiu, commenting on the situation in which Albanian politics is today, said that the absence of an opposition in the country is felt.
In an interview for the show "Opinion", speaking about Prime Minister Rama, Haxhiu commented on the latter's authority, which according to him stifles what is called the desire for pluralism within the governing system.
" What I divide into positive and opposition factors, that is, the dominant policy of the position has to do with the lack of power sharing. Rama has an indisputable authority and there is no second or third person. To have a discourse, to be powerful in decision-making and not to have anyone react, that is, the authority of the first man of the SP stifles what is called a desire for a pluralism within the governing system. Rama, with his intellectual discourse and the way he governs, does not honor any of the people at all. He is the man who determines his governing course. This is the first reason ," he said.
Further, while speaking about the opposition, Haxhiu said that it was precisely her behavior that gave Rama a fourth term as a gift.
" Where is the problem of the opposition? There is weak resistance and it is due to the fact that, in a non-political way, it came out of the system when the local and general elections were held. Those people have not understood anything about politics. In other words, they gave Rama a gift not only for this third mandate, but also for the fourth one, for the reason that it takes time to convince people, to build the network and credibility. Meanwhile, in these 10 years, we have 900 thousand people minus in our social life. In this element, the well-being is greater among these people who benefit from this government of Rama, and they are not few. 400 thousand socialists who are inside the structure are the ones who have played against the system. The fact that they benefit from this, and the fact that their children benefit, some of the people who should have existed do not exist, they are not, they are somewhere else in the West, they have fled. Those who are left do not do politics, what is called a press conference today, is not a model of communication ", said Haxhiu.
