When the police are trying to identify a third person who is suspected to have been in the car that was assassinated in Dobraç, Shkodra on October 30, journalist Klodiana Lala casts doubt that there may have been a fourth.

" I have strong doubts that Ibrahim Lici was found in that vehicle. I don't know if it's the same person or not. I suspect there were more. Why didn't you speak on the first night? Because on the first night, the police had not yet searched the entire car of the targets. The next day, when the vehicle was re-inspected, two details emerged that raised suspicions about third or fourth persons in this vehicle. Why do I say this? Traces of blood were found on the back seat of the vehicle. As a result, the person found behind was injured. The passenger door at the back of the car and the front part were open when the deceased Arlind Bushati was already there. Three pistols were found and one was used and was used by the person sitting in the back of the vehicle" , said the journalist.

" Ibrahim Lici, I suspect that he was in the vehicle, but the moment he got out, I think he left urgently. Why do I say this? I don't believe it stayed for a very simple reason. The first because he could be in danger again from the assassins. The second was wanted internationally and risks a life sentence for the murder of Endri Mustafa, there are also a number of other charges. If you look at it, there is one thing.
