On May 22, 2018, Olsi Rama, together with citizen Fation Shehu, founded the company "Euro Garden" Sh.pk in a 49% and 51% partnership and with capital of 100 thousand lek.
The purpose of this business is to establish flower nurseries, create natural parks, public and private flower gardens, build facilities for the development and maintenance of public green spaces, and sell flowers for decoration to third parties, hotels, and tourist complexes.
According to information received by "Pamfleti", Olsi Rama's company "Euro Garden" Sh.pk has carried out sales and flower decoration services for environments at government activities and other institutions under the authority of his brother the Prime Minister.
It is thought that there are about 6 million Euros in 8 years of activity, obtained for the sale of flowers and decorations of environments, provided by the Directorate of Government Services, the Tirana Parks and Recreation Agency, by several ministries, by the municipalities of Tirana, Durrës, Elbasan, Fier and by other institutions subordinate to the government, and even by the "Eden" garden at the Prime Minister's Office.
In the extract of Olsi Rama's "Euro Garden" Sh.pk company, reflected in the National Business Center and in the annual tax balances, neither public funds nor private income that it has benefited from are declared.
Even during 8 years of activity, the company "Euro Garden" Sh.pk has declared balance sheets only for the years 2020-2022, of which two years with losses, figures that do not match the financial turnover, as the losses for one year and the profit for another year are declared greater than the turnover values.
The law requires businesses to declare income, expenses, profits, losses, documents and data on public and private contracts, transactions and the value of capital, while Olsi Rama and his partner have not declared any data for the years 2018-2019 and 2023-2025.
But the heads of Taxation and the National Business Center have allowed flower businessman Olsi Rama not to declare financial activity data for 5 years, just as they have allowed Edi Rama's charter company "Air Albania" for 8 years.
On July 19, 2022, partner Fation Shehu donated 51% of the shares in the "Euro Garden" company to his employee Ersen Rama, while he himself remained a flower cultivation worker, being one of the 4 employees of this company based in Lundë, Tirana./ Pamphlet
