The Central Election Commission has published the results for the May 11 elections in the Korça district, where 417 out of 422 ballot boxes have been counted so far.
The Socialist Party of Albania (SP) emerged as the leading political force with 57,661 votes, representing 54.4% of the total votes.
The DP – Alliance for a Greater Albania (DP-ASHM) coalition ranks second with 36,537 votes, which constitutes 34.5% of the vote.
The Nisma Albania Becomes Coalition (NISMA-SHB) holds third place with 4,669 votes, or 4.4% of the turnout.
Results by parties participating in the elections
Socialist Party of Albania (SP) – 57,661 votes – 54.4%
Coalition Democratic Party – Alliance for a Greater Albania (DP-ASHM) – 36,537 votes – 34.5%
