Analyst Kreshnik Spahiu, commenting on the war between Israel and Hamas that has started since October 6, has given an idea of what position, according to him, Albania should take.
In an interview for 'Euronews Albania', he emphasized that Palestine does not recognize Kosovo while underlining that Albania's position in this war is irrelevant.
He also commented on the reactions of Albanians who are supporting Hamas, which the US considers a terrorist organization.
" We must have something very clear, the Palestinians do not recognize the independence of Kosovo, the state of Kosovo. The supporters of Hamas have no consideration for the support of the state of Kosovo. All Palestinian groups say that Kosovo is the brainchild of the USA.
Albania's position is irrelevant in this process, secondly, Albania has zero chances of positioning itself in favor of Hamas. Hamas is considered a terrorist organization by NATO countries and the USA. Being against Hamas does not mean you are against Palestine. I don't understand why there are some Albanians why there are some Albanians who support Hamas. I see Albanians posting statuses more for Hamas than for the KLA ," he said.
