Journalist Artan Hoxha has sounded the alarm regarding the laundering of drug money in construction. He has published on social networks photos of Tirana and some capitals of Latin American countries, which are known for cocaine and notorious gangs. According to the journalist, there is no difference between our capital and these countries.
