The defense lawyer of Xhemal Loka has stated that there was never a report of violence to the police against the victim Bedrie Loka.

Meanwhile, the Prosecutor of the case has stated that the arrest of her husband, Xhemal Loka, is legal and requested the security measure of arrest in prison, as he is considered a dangerous person.
