Analyst Ilir Demalian said that the Democratic Party is a sect of the Berisha family.
Demalia held a critical stance towards former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, holding him responsible for the events of '97. He also said that they have shown that they have no standards within their party.
Demalia has not spared criticism of Berisha, saying that he has left no one unslandered and anathemaed, while he also made a public call to go to the security files authority and obtain a certificate, to show whether or not he has been privileged by the State Security.

And again they go to Europe, Tabaku with Berisha and call Albania a terrorist country. This shows a hatred for Albanians and that's why Edi Rama reigns because no one loves them anymore. Demalia commented on another Berisha case in SPAK, regarding Irena Gjoka's lawsuit for defamation of her surnames.
The analyst said that Judge Gjoka has done what every citizen should do, because defamation must end by being punished.
"Berisha, go to the security files authority and get a certificate that you were not privileged by the State Security, do this and I will come and kiss your feet in the middle of the Boulevard. Do this, Mr. Berisha, and cleanse yourself of this once and for all. He has left no one unslandered, unanathematized. This culture must be put to an end, people have families, and you cannot touch them and who can get security samples. SPAK has done a very good deed, but this deed must go to the end.
