The lawyer, Redi Ramaj, spoke about the protest called on December 27 in front of the Supreme Court, at a time when the hearing for the blue seat seal will be held.
Ramaj said that the Supreme Court should give a final decision, stressing that according to him, its decision will be to uphold the Appeal.
"I believe it was a very long debate. Either as a legal battle or a political one, because the court has delayed the process. Now the Supreme Court, since it has released the date, has made an exception by considering it previously. I believe that he should give a final decision, although it will be difficult. The decision of the Supreme Court will be upholding the appeal ," he said.
Regarding the called protest, the lawyer said that the members of the Court should not be influenced, according to him it is the right of anyone to organize peaceful protests.
"Members should not be influenced by any protests. It is everyone's right to make peaceful protests" , said Ramaj.
On December 27, SPAK will also hold a hearing for Sali Berisha, but for the lawyer, nothing different from what has happened so far is expected to happen.
" I don't see that anything different than now would happen. It will be a normal trial. It is up to Berisha how he will handle this, but in any case, the legal channels must be followed.
As for the Party, in relation to the Assembly, this issue should be resolved once and for all, so that one of the parties takes the lead ", concluded Ramaj on "Panorama TV".
