All the necessary materials to facilitate the conduct of the elections in Himara have been delivered and will be waiting for the opening of the voting centers at 7:00.
The head of the CEC, Ilirjan Celibashi, stated that the VC commissioners took the ballot boxes, the ballot papers, the work documentation for the election commissions, the electronic identification devices (EI) and the monitoring cameras that are installed in the voting centers.
