From the content of the conversations held on September 26, 2020, it is understood that on Wednesday, which coincided with the date September 30, 2020, Ilir Beqaj, the newly appointed political leader, had called a large meeting with the SP structures in this district.
Ilir Beqaj, the former Minister of Health who is currently isolated in the premises of a detention center in Tirana, in September 2020 was appointed by the head of the SP, Edi Rama, as Political Leader in the District of Shkodra.
As soon as he arrived in the first days of September, Ilir Beqaj, in the capacity of the newly appointed leader, decided to gather in an official meeting some of the representatives of the SP in Shkodra, including here and the Chairmen of the SP in the region of Shkodra, in order to make his presentation.

"Ora News" has learned that the crime duo in Shkodër, Gjoka and Bajri, have many conversations with each other about Ilir Beqaj and other high-ranking officials of the Socialist Party, where it is evident from the content of the communications that their role is with the officials of Shkodra and SP of this district, was decisive.
Beqaj was run by them, and even the structures of the SP in this district received orders from Behar Bajri and Pëllumb Gjoka, who conveyed the orders and directives through the MP of the SP in Shkodër, Luan Harusha.

Brother, talk to Luan, because that's what's interesting to you. Have you talked to them? Not that there is a problem, but it is ruining work."
While Behar Bajri gives the answer: "...Kur ma...yeah q** steals from him...".
But then Pëllumb Gjoka wrote to Behar again saying: Tell them not to go...tell them not to go to meetings without us telling them. He made a meeting with Ilir Beqaj on Wednesday. Don gathered the Party Chairmen and took me to him, but let's call one of us and talk to him. Tell them not to go on dates. Call once and tell him who told you to meet with me? Tomorrow I'm coming myself, we'll talk with them..."
Behar answers briefly with "...ok ok...". But again Pëllumb Gjoka writes to Behar Bajri that when he met the SP MP in Shkodër Luan Harusha, you: "...He shouted loudly that you tried to ignore us..." and Behari replied again briefly "aaaa... ".
These conversations and many others that are in the "SKY" application show the protagonism, the influence that the two exponents of crime in Shkodër had on some elements and political leaders of the SP in this region.
