SPAK, which deals with journalist Elton Qynon and pensioner Namik Simixhiu, seems powerless to attack money laundering with towers in Tirana.
Shkëlzeni is believed to have acquired several other towers in Tirana, through some businessmen with connections on both sides.
Meanwhile, the people who cover the assets and who are suspected of laundering Ilir Meta's money, such as Fatmir Merkaj, Gentjan Sula, Agron Çela, etc., have received permits for towers, resorts, villa complexes and hotels.
Not even Lulzim Basha was left without a tower.
