The Tirana police yesterday arrested 42-year-old Klered Bozhanaj, suspected of injuring the "Eagles" member Edlir Alleshi.
According to official information, his arrest was made after intensive searches since yesterday evening, while the weapon with which the police officer was shot was also seized.
Journalist Artan Hoxha raised questions about the professionalism of the police in the case in question.
"Edlir Alleshi is out of danger for his life. After 24 hours, the perpetrator was caught at his home wearing flip flops. Look for it from corner to corner and find it in your own home. A lonely man who arrived in August from Italy is caught the moment he returns to his apartment. He has the gun with him. There is a dose of cannabis. It remains to be clarified, what has crippled the work of the police," said Hoxha.
