Analyst Enton Abilekaj raised doubts as to why SPAK is not investigating the scandal with the trafficking of suspected toxic waste, a file which remained with the Durrës Prosecutor's Office even though there are doubts about the involvement of high officials or a structured group.
Abilekaj said that the Shkodra massacre was handed over to SPAK because there is organized crime, while according to him the dangerous waste was left in the hands of the Durrës Prosecutor's Office as this was done by political order.
