The lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu has spoken about the idea of creating a "Bektashi state". He said that Rama at the UN and New York should have requested the union of Albania with Kosovo and not announce projects for the creation of several religious mini-states in our country.
Spahiu also says that the reference to the Vatican is completely wrong, as he adds that the country is opening itself up to a political obstacle.
"At the end of the third mandate and on the eve of the fourth, I waited for the prime minister of Albania to launch the idea of the union of Albania with Kosovo at the UN, which has been legally left open by the constitution in the preamble, which states the centuries-old aspiration of Albanians for identity and national unity. The political energies for the union of two Albanian states are simpler than for the creation of several religious mini-states. I wonder why the state opens a political obstacle for itself. It cannot do this for the electorate because it loses as much as it gains.
Entering into a religious conflict with religious believers, has regulated the separation of the state and religion. Unlike Italy it belongs to several religious beliefs and the reference to the Vatican is completely wrong. Even they themselves have been a conflict with the Italian state. It has been a source of political and legal conflict, which would open problems for Albania. It's just that Edi Rama has committed a crime and it will not be realized. This is an idea requested by diplomatic factors. He did it in New York, the UN, he promoted it in the New York Times, who will read politically, the fact of the country, the time, who knows how to read is clear that in coordination with whom this idea was made", said Spahiu for "Report TV".
