Journalist Anduena Llabani has stated that Sky & Enkro's interceptions showed police officers ambushing people to be killed, or informing gangs about the passage or not of cocaine containers at the ports.
" In November of last year, Europol submitted to Albania the list of senior police officers who have used Sky Enkro. From January to November last year, we had the arrest of 69 officers, which shows that the entire State Police has passed through a sieve. There are also those people who have not yet been investigated. The information has not yet reached the Prosecutor's Office.
At the first moment when 80,000 pages came from EU countries regarding these disclosures, two senior SPAK leaders who have the cases under investigation were surprised by the way criminal gangs function in cooperation with police officers, which showed how they took out police officers to ambush people to kill, how they alerted criminal groups to pass or not pass containers of cocaine in key ports of the country, how they announced operations that SPAK and other bodies had taken action against criminal groups.

Llabani said that Bistri had connections with Durrës groups, while raising doubts as to why the former director of Operational Bala was placed in charge of the Durres region.
" From all the data that have come out of SPAK's investigations, it appears that Olsi Bistri had many connections with Durres groups, and the former director who replaces him, the former director of the Bala operation, is placed in charge of the Durres district. I don't know if it's the scheme or the groups that the leaders decide. We have indications to suspect. We have a manager of the Operational who replaced Bistr, and a manager is placed in the district of Durrës, still being there ", she said in "MCN".
Llabani said that there are police whose family members work in the State Information Service. She said that we will have strikes on police leaders, but added that she does not believe that the people who are currently on duty will be affected.
