Democratic MP Asllan Dogjani, invited to "Quo Vadis" commented on the recent criminal events in the country.
According to him, the event in Shkodra is not the only one, as there were 13 murders in the month of August alone. All this, Dogjani said, comes because the police are afraid of crime.
Excerpts from the conversation:
Dogjani: In August alone, 13 murders took place, but with more victims. Not even one event is called despite the fact that three people were killed. If the crime is one or ten steps before the police, it is not a problem, because the police would follow and fight it. But when they move armed in the middle of the city, shoot in the middle of the day, it means that these people do not do it without the support of the police, and secondly, they do not fear the police at all. It means that they have challenged the State Police, because they cooperate with the police. Arlind Bushati was produced four times, for blackmail and fine.
