Even though the Constitutional Court today decided to suspend the decree of President Bajram Begaj on the by-elections in Tirana, the Socialist Party has distributed an internal message to its branches in the capital, instructing them to continue preparations for the campaign.
The Socialist Party, led by Prime Minister Edi Rama, seems to have no intention of obeying the Constitutional Court's decision to suspend the elections in the Municipality of Tirana.
Even though the Constitutional Court today decided to suspend the decree of President Bajram Begaj on the by-elections in Tirana, the Socialist Party has distributed an internal message to its branches in the capital, instructing them to continue preparations for the campaign.
"As was emphasized last night, today's decision does not affect the November 9 elections. The Court's final decision will be given on October 31 ," reads the message distributed to SP branches in Tirana.
Despite this, the most scandalous part is the fact that the SP dictates the decision of the Constitutional Court. With complete conviction and without any doubt, in the message to the SP structures, it is stated that the decision will be made on October 31st.
Even the fact that they are demanding that the campaign continue shows that the SP is confident that the Constitutional Court's decision will be in their favor.
But despite this, the claim that the November 9 elections will not be affected is false on the part of the Socialist Party. This is due to the very fact that the suspension of the Constitution has immediate and automatic effect, making it impossible to continue any electoral procedure in Tirana until there is a final decision.
Meanwhile, on October 31, 2025, the Court will fully consider Veliaj's appeal against his dismissal from office. The final decision of this session will determine whether the dismissal was legal or not. If the dismissal is declared illegal, Veliaj will continue in office and the elections may be completely annulled; if his dismissal is confirmed, the President will have to set a new date for the elections./ Pamphlet

Dhe ti shihesh ne podiume duke u ngrefur, se mendoj e qe lluksi qe se kane patur kurre i ben me te bukur.
