Dumani further stated during the annual report of SPAK's work, that Special Prosecutors in their work are not influenced by pressure, slander or rumours. Answering the questions of DP deputy, Flamur Noka, regarding the issue of incinerators, Dumani said that the issue is complex, but the Special Prosecutor's Office is conducting intensive investigations. According to him, SPAK is investigating the role of every person involved in the incinerator affair.

Come on, make a request for information. There is a preliminary investigation, the necessary actions are being carried out, the investigation is complex, SPAK is investigating the role of each person involved. The developments of the last few days, for reasons of investigative secrecy, we are limited in providing information. The investigation is long, requires obtaining information, administering evidence. Exhaustive investigation is a legal obligation. The process requires the right space to operate. Pressure, slander and rumors do not affect our daily work. The objective investigation will provide answers to all the questions raised ," he said.
