Documents proving the dirty connections of Prime Minister Edi Rama with the businessman from Kosovo Blerim Hoxha, to whom he gave 40% of the Tirana landfill...
The government officials, among them the most ardent Baton Haxhiu, are trying to deny the fact that 40% of Tirana's landfill was donated to Kosovar Blerim Hoxha by Prime Minister Edi Rama; they are also trying to deny their connections and dirty deals, based on the ARMO theft.
The investigation of "Pamphlet" has revealed that in the years 2020-2022, Prime Minister Edi Rama issued 3 "emergency" government decisions, with which he paid off 10 million Euros in salary and social security of the oil workers of the Ballsh plant, which the concessionaire Blerim Hoxha did not give them, deceiving them until the day he ran away.
After the criminal complaint filed in Albania, Kosovo and Switzerland against Blerim Hoxha, with evidence of fraud and theft of millions of Euros in wages; in the game to save him, Prime Minister Rama entered, the friend who gave him Landfill and ARMO and let him steal, not pay his wages and run away.
By Government Decision No. 909, dated 18.11.2020, signed by Prime Minister Edi Rama, 827 ARMO oil workers were paid 1 year's salaries for the period November 2020-October 2021, from 400 thousand old lek per month for each one.

The total value of these salaries was 4.6 million Euros, which you should have paid Blerim Hoxha, but by the decision of Prime Minister Edi Rama, it was paid from the state budget; even with state fraud, as if these were wages due to unemployment due to the "Covid 19" epidemic.
But with Decision No. 155, dated 3.3.2021, almost 2 months before the parliamentary elections of April 25, 2021, Prime Minister Edi Rama added 23 people to the list of payments, who had nothing to do with ARMO, but were leaders of the SP in Ballsh, with additional financial value 174 million ALL.

Prime Minister Edi Rama continued to pay the salaries of the oil workers of Ballshi, which Blerim Hoxha did not give, from the state budget during 2022, but justifying them as "temporary unemployment payments due to the shutdown of the plant".
By Decision No. 71, dated February 2, 2022, Prime Minister Edi Rama gave the oil workers a year's salary for the period January-2022-December 2022, but this time, as a minimum monthly salary of 320 thousand ALL, paying off the obligations that his friend, the concessionaire, did not give them Buy Hoxha.

In total, the government has repaid 10 million Euros in salaries and social security of oil workers, which Blerim Hoxha left unpaid; who also, with Bablok's permission, after receiving 390 million Euros of income from ARMO, left without paying 77 million Euros of obligations to the state.
But it doesn't end there, as according to the information that "Pamphlet" received from the Ministry of Finance, the government will repay the 853 oil workers of Ballshi from 13 salaries worth 5 million Euros, which Blerim Hoxha did not repay, while they have acquired them by a final court decision as an obligation of the government that left them in the hands of the fraudulent concessionaire.

According to the account, there are a total of 15 million Euros in salary and social security debts of Blerim Hoxha, which Bablok has paid off from Albanian taxes; except for the fact that together with him they contrived the destruction of the Ballsh Refinery and sold it for scrap./ Pamphlet
