Over 300 cars have been stuck on Arbri Street for nearly 5 hours due to negligence by the state.

The snowfall has been intense in the Qafë Murrizi area and crossing has become impossible. Cars are stuck in the middle of the road creating a chaotic situation. No snowplows have gone out to clear the road, while there are many children and elderly people in the midst of sub-zero temperatures.

The police have intervened and are evacuating the citizens, while the images of the chaotic situation have emerged, just before nightfall.
