PDK deputy in Kosovo, Hisen Berisha, through a direct communication in the "Opinion" section of News24, spoke about the arrest of former KLA soldier, Dritan Goxhaj.
Berisha stated that the arrest of Goxhaj contradicts human rights and is a violation of them, while he called for the Albanian government to demand an account from the Council of Europe for their claims on the Yellow House.
He added that the KLA has waged a just war and has respected all international norms as much as possible.
According to him, Dick Marty's report is "the biggest evil that has been done to Kosovo after the war", which has also affected Albania.
"The arrest of Goxhaj contradicts human rights, it is a violation of them. I think that the Albanian government should not allow the extradition of Dritan Goxhaj. It must demand an account from the Council of Europe for the claims about the Yellow House.
KLA has respected all international norms as much as it has been possible and I believe that in no case have we gone against them. KLA has fought a just war. We must do everything to stop this abuse.
