Criminalistics expert Ervin Karamuço spoke about the SPAK report published a few days ago, but gave a strong warning.
He emphasized that a major investigation is being conducted, where senior officials who are in the dome of the General Directorate of Police will be arrested.
According to him, these bosses will first be released from their duties and then arrested.
"It has been a long time since a contingent with the management level of the state police is being investigated. As we know, there have been arrests, some of them are in custody and they are chiefs of police stations, chiefs of crimes, but now there is an even bigger investigation, where so far four names of senior leaders of the state police have emerged, who are in the central dome of the General Police Directorate and one in a district directorate. It is being discussed that these people should not be on duty at the time of the arrest, but should be released beforehand and then arrested. Duman's concern has been raised for a long time," he said in the "Review" show on Euronews Albania.
