Analyst Arion Sulo has described the situation created in the Municipality of Vlora, following the resignations requested by Prime Minister Rama, as news produced by propaganda.
Invited to the "A2 CNN" show, he said that the prime minister wants to divert attention from the environmental disaster with waste in Elbasan and the incinerator that he claims highlights corruption.
" Vlora is a news produced by propaganda, there is no problem. We have a dialogue without sound, only with images. We have the burning of waste and the lack of water in Vlora. Waste is burned for a year in Vlora and Rama saw it after Elbasan joined him. It started about water and waste, the Vlora municipality does not have water and waste, because Serishtë in Vlora is owned by Klodian Zoto and Mërtiri, Ermal Dredha does not have it, he took out the water supply today. Vlora has nothing to do with it. What he does there. The news about the resignation came out, he said that Tirana cannot be like Vlora, the Minister of Interior takes up chairs on the street. That historic neighborhood has businesses, it is fake, mise-en-scène. It is distracting attention from the incinerator because the incinerator brings out corruption, it is an environmental crime", said Sulo.
According to Sulo, the head of government is looking for a "scapegoat" for the declining figures in tourism, construction and agriculture.
"Even Tirana is without a solution and tourism figures are falling and he wants a scapegoat for this. It is the beginning of the decline of tourism. Reconstruction has cooled down in relation to a year ago, agriculture is declining ," he concluded.
