The session at the Court of Appeal for Alfred Beleri follows.
Beleri appeared at the hearing together with Pandeli Kokaveshi, convicted of first degree corruption in elections. The session was accompanied by debates.
Beler's lawyers: The case was manually assigned to this panel and was not chosen by lottery. Under these conditions, the procedural action is invalid, since the relator is determined by lot. We request the dismissal of judge Daniale Shirka as the presiding judge, because you were not selected by lot.

Prosecutor Adnand Xholi: It is a request that does not suspend the judicial process and for us the hearing must continue.
Court: The request for exclusion is not a reason to interrupt the session. The judgment will continue the process and open the court session.
Beler's lawyers: The deadlines for notifying the lawyers have not been respected and we cannot provide an effective defense for Beler.
The court opens the session and continues the process against Alfred Beler and Pandeli Kokavesh.
