SPAK has begun to crack down on both corruption and crime. This is also thanks to the support that comes from across the Atlantic, since despite Rama's statements that it was the SP that made the justice reform, SPAK is an American product.
The Department of Justice has published an announcement, which states that the US has modernized the cyber laboratory of SPAK and BKH. A laboratory has been created in the Special Prosecutor's Office where electronic devices are analyzed, that is, phones, computers, tablets, etc.
If you look at SPAK's movements these days, they have always seized phones and thanks to them they have discovered "bombshell" information.
But the situation will be even more complicated, because the Americans have brought other equipment and this means that the expertise can be carried out much faster.
" In December 2023, the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the US State Department (INL) together with ICITAP in Tirana, signed an agreement for the donation and transfer of four forensic computer and digital expertise stations, specially designed for the Government of Albania. (SPAK and BKH). These devices will enhance the SPAK Digital Forensics Laboratory's ability to examine and extract digital evidence ," the Department of Justice announced.
It is further noted that during 2023, ICITAP facilitated and offered cyber training in Social Media Analysis, Digital Currencies and Advanced Mobile Digital Forensics. Meanwhile, during this year, trainings will be offered for dismantling computers and Internet networks.
It is also reported that a senior ICITAP expert has been placed in SPAK. It is further emphasized that thanks to the help of the Americans, the time of data transfer will be shortened, as it is a process that currently takes a lot of time.
So it seems that a state-of-the-art cyber laboratory has been built in SPAK, and thanks to it, the phones and devices of the rulers or crime bosses will be dismantled, since it is known that the shopping is done through mobile phones. / Pamphlet
