The next victory of Birra Tirana workers: The court gives them the right
Irfan Hysnembelliu and Luan Bregasi have lost the battle of several years with the employees of Birra Tirana, who left them without wages and violated all their rights.
It has been over 4 years since " Pamphlet " is the only media that talks about a painful, dramatic odyssey, and an ordeal of a group of Tirana Beer workers, who are constantly under pressure from the state and oligarchs.
They are in a battle of over 5 years with their owners, who today degraded one of the giants of the Albanian food industry.
After an ordeal of several years, the Court of Tirana dismissed all the accusations of the management of Birra Tirana, then led by Luan Bregasi (today Irfan Hysenbelliu), against a group of employees.
The workers say that this victory is important for them, as it establishes justice in the country, even though it does not bring them anything from the economic point of view. Since the plant does not work and everyone has not received their salaries for years.
The workers announced that the judge has ordered to make public the decision that was announced by the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana. Which, with an excuse that it could not find the addresses, did not inform the employees about the decision.
But the judge ordered that every employee of Birra Tirana be notified that they have won the trial with Luan Bregasi and his men.
This is a long, dramatic, but also painful odyssey. Where there have been many sacrifices, but even more than that. The talented technologist Fatmir Pema lost his life as a result of a serious illness, while he was treated in the most inhuman way by Luan Bregasi and his henchmen.
With the power of political power, because he was the vice-president of the municipal council, Bregas treated the workers inhumanely, thinking that he has the state with him. He tried to imprison them, smeared them as robbers, although he had no facts, and then sent them away without giving them their sweat. None of these employees, who are legally shareholders of Birra Tirana, have ever received any money from their rights.
However, today they feel themselves victorious, having fought a long and equal battle like David and Goliath. Although they had the state and the government against them, they moved forward and today, both Luan Bregasi and his successor in Birra Tirana, Irfan Hysenbelliu, are losers. They have turned this treasure of the food industry into a ruin, to turn it into a construction site.
But the chances are that they will not make it, as they are under investigation for fiscal evasion and financial fraud.
In the coming days, the workers of Birra Tirana will address the public with a media stance, where they will show new facts about the affair of the destruction of Birra Tirana. / Pamphlet
