The Mayor of Shkodra, Benet Beci, has announced the launch of the Student Card, a support instrument for young people studying in the city. According to him, over 3,700 students will benefit from this initiative.
The Student Card comes in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Sports and the "Luigj Gurakuqi" University, and aims to provide concrete facilities in the daily lives of students.
According to the announcement, the card will enable more than 100 benefits at the national level, including discounts of up to 70% at partner businesses, free services and exclusive offers.
Beci described this initiative as an investment for the youth and for the future of the city, emphasizing that the application will be made online or at the relevant counters. The card is expected to be distributed soon to the beneficiary students.
