We have also seen the carrot policy they are using with Vucic, and one incident in September in Banjska, Kosovo, was enough to understand that Vucic's regime is capable of producing crises, riots, and why not wars.
I call it honest history that, there was no hypocrisy, it was clear; we have nothing to do with democracy, human rights, or investigation, we have no sense of guilt that the opposition here has been persecuted, that it was not only declared non grata, but that the FBI was lobbied to penalize the Albanian opposition, but we we have this partner, good or bad.
You Albanians will do as you will, you have endured for 50 years, you will endure this 20 years as well. At least there was no hypocrisy in this visit.
It is clear that their plight today is, as Rama said in the conference with Blinken, that he used this conference to attack Albin Kurti in Kosovo.
So they want a government in Kosovo, they would dream of having an Edi Ramen who would say yes to everything, despite the fact that Albania is the poorest country in Europe, with the highest corruption and it is the place where narco-trafficking flourishes of global proportions.
Regardless of these and the conditions that the Albanians have, they are interested in having an interlocutor with whom they can come to an agreement, and then it falls on the Albanians, how they will react.
