Appetite increases in the administration for salary increases. The government increased MPs' salaries by 100 percent and also increased salaries in many sectors, but it seems that not everyone is happy.
The Directorate of Money Laundering complains that there are no employees because they have fled abroad and has demanded a salary increase.
According to "Scan" television, for this purpose, MP Klevis Xhoxhi has submitted to the Assembly a draft law that foresees radical changes in the way employees and holders of the General Directorate of Prevention of Money Laundering are recruited and treated financially.
The representative of the General Directorate of Anti-Money Laundering said that there have been many departures due to the very low level of wages.
The draft law proposed by Xhoxhi foresees the change of the name of the institution as well as its relationship with Albanian institutions, but especially with international ones.
