There is no end to the scandals in the ranks of the police. In addition to the links to crime, the police seem to have become a danger to the lives of citizens.
The Police Supervision Agency (Tirana Region) announces that after investigations conducted under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana, it has executed the decision of this Court, which has determined personal security measures for police officers , members of the "Eagle" Special Force Section:
-Inspector RB, 34 years old, with security measure "Arrest in prison", suspected of the criminal offense of "Intentional murder" remaining in the attempt, "Forgery of documents" and "False report". The citizen has been declared wanted since it was not possible to find him;
- Inspector ED, 46 years old, with security measure "Compulsion to appear at the Judicial Police", suspected of the criminal offense "Abuse of duty", committed in cooperation, "Crime omission", "Forgery of documents" and "Actions that prevent the discovery of the truth";
-Inspector FZ, 37 years old, with security measure "Compulsion to appear at the Judicial Police", suspected of the criminal offense "Abuse of duty", committed in cooperation, "Crime omission", "Forgery of documents" and "Actions that prevent the discovery of the truth".
The assignment of personal security measures to police officers was made possible by the investigations carried out after the criminal report filed by a citizen, from which it turned out that on March 8, 2024, during the performance of the service on the Tirana-Fushë Krujë road segment, these police officers stopped a vehicle and during the police actions, exceeding the conditions of the necessary protection, they shot with the service weapon in its direction, endangering the lives of two people who were in the vehicle. In the following, in addition to not reporting the event to the higher structures, they tried to hide the evidence and facts.
