Analyst Fatos Lubonja said that from the Metamorfoza file it appears that criminal groups have taken over the economy, have brought drug money into Albania.
As he added that this money has been used in constructions, apartment purchases, in casinos, they have bought votes during the electoral campaign of the SP.
"The problem I have is a kind of segmentation that SPAK has done to crime. This Rraja or Ndoka appear to us as people who eat plums behind Edi Rama's back and with this logic he is cleaning himself up, arresting these.
But the question I have is: with an honest Prime Minister, there would have been opportunities for crime to enter the economy, could crime money be invested in construction?
The money that would be used to build the resort, or that tower, would be controlled.
But here we have no SPAK investigation, we have documents that came from the French authorities. How is it possible that we don't have any investigation by SPAK, where is this famous SHISH, which has not given any signal to start an investigation here or there?
This is not about two or three scattered thugs, but we have a big gang that has created a system here," said Lubonja.
The analyst said the construction industry, referring also to the statements of SPAK head Altin Dumani, is the main one for recycling crime money.
"We have a deliberately built system, a criminal organization, a built and connected cooperation, with the aim of maintaining power by Edi Rama, and on the other hand the flourishing of the criminal economy" , he said to "News 24".
According to him, this gang was created by Rilindja, and SPAK's power seems very small in the face of this criminal gang, which also supports those Albanians, who are said today to stand up.
