Both are harmful, too much praise and too much criticism are harmful. They create more stress in their daily work and minimally affect their objectivity.
This pressure, with or without the right, that is created against prosecutors or special judges will lead to the creation of a regular and objective legal process. The more you praise someone and the more you curse someone, the more pressure you will create in their work", said Eugen Beci.
