The first part of the day will be under the influence of clear weather in the coastal areas and in many cities of the low area, while in the mountainous areas there will be clear and frequent clouds. It is predicted that in the following hours the clouds will gradually spread over the entire Albanian territory, where they will be more pronounced in the northern and northeastern areas, but no precipitation is expected in the territory. Air temperatures will rise in the morning, but even midday brings a slight increase, fluctuating daily values from -1°C to 19°C. The wind will blow light and moderate throughout the day, reaching at certain moments the speed of 35 km/h from the North-West direction, creating 2-front waves on the sea coasts.

The early hours of the morning and noon will bring to the Republic of Kosovo a predominance of long intervals with clearings which are expected to be more visible in the Southwestern areas. While in the Northern and Eastern areas there will be alternations of clearness and cloudiness. But it is expected that after noon the clouds will gradually become more visible in the entire territory of Kosovo, WHERE the clouds will be most visible in the Northern and northwestern areas of Kosovo. Air temperatures will slightly INCREASE both in the morning and in the afternoon, fluctuating daily values from -3°C to 13°C. The wind will blow lightly BUT occasionally it will strengthen reaching a maximum speed of over 35 km/h from the direction mainly North-West.
North Macedonia
The territory of MV will continue with clear skies and light cloudy passages during the day, WHERE the clear skies will be more visible during the morning; more pronounced in the Southern and Western areas. Whereas; during the afternoon and following hours; frequent clouds will appear throughout the territory of MV WH most focused are expected to be in the Northern and North-Eastern areas. Air temperatures in the early hours of the morning register -2 degrees in Ohrid and in the afternoon they will rise to 15 degrees C in the city of Skopje.
The wind will blow lightly; but from time to time it strengthens reaching the speed of 30 km/h from the North and North-West direction.

As well; with clear BUT cold weather will be the Scandinavian peninsula as well as the British Isles.
