SPAK starts investigations into the robbery of the former Kinostudio by

SPAK has launched investigations into the robbery of the former Kinostudio by Sandër Frangaj and Sali Berisha.

Finally, SPAK has launched investigations into the occupation and alienation of the former Kinostudio by a media oligarch and several businesses, in cooperation with the government of Sali Berisha.

It is learned that SPAK has registered a criminal proceeding mainly after several media investigations.

With the collection of the first documents, an investigative group was set up to intensify the investigations.

Prapaskena learns that in the register of this criminal proceeding, several suspected criminal offenses such as corruption, money laundering, falsification of documents, misuse of duties, destruction of property, fraud schemes, construction without permission, etc. have been recorded.

It is currently proceeding with the questioning of persons who have knowledge about the case, former robbed owners, officials and former public officials who were implicated in the alienation of the property of the Hysa family in the former Kinostudio, the beneficiaries of the alienation of the property, etc.

In a second phase, arrests and seizure of the alienated property, already targeted for erecting towers, are expected.

The story of the robbery

The Albanian institutions recognized and returned to the Hysa family about 160 thousand m2 of land at the former Kinostudio, a property on which several public institutions and private businesses are located today.

The property has been recognized by the Hysa family by the Property Restitution Commission and the courts of all levels.

What's happening? Sali Berisha's government has denied the Hysa family to enjoy the inherited property.

Sali Berisha leased a part of the Hysa family's property to several private entities, which developed their own private businesses, including solar panels, several televisions, radios, bars, parking lots, car washes, etc.

Private entities are media clients of Sali Berisha, where Aleksandër Frangaj stands out, who has also benefited from 12 million euros of advertising.

Not only did he give the property of the Hysa family to his media client, but Sali Berisha put his power at his disposal, so that the Hysa family does not own and develop its property.

Prosecutors, directors and ministers have engaged Berisha's clients to keep the property of the Hysa family, develop their private businesses and even make plans to build a shopping center and several towers.

In return, the media client went so far as to deny the wounding of his journalist by the government of Sali Berisha on January 21, 2011.

The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, during the last 10 years, has closed 4 times the criminal file of the seizure of the property of the Hysa family.

Four times, the courts, including the Supreme Court, have requested the investigation of the affair, leaving the same tasks to the prosecution.

Several other parallel court processes take place between the Hysa family and the occupiers of their property.

A corrupt power, extended by the media, governments and justice, has been denying the Hysa family the right to property inherited from generation to generation for three decades, since a journalist turned oligarch, who came to Tirana as a fan of Tefta Rad./ Backstage
