This Thursday, Arjan Baçi was appointed by GJKKO as the state administrator of Tirana's incinerator, seized by SPAK.
In a statement to the media, Baçi said that it was the court that appointed him as the administrator and after this announcement, he will continue with the work so that the waste process in this incinerator is not interrupted.
The administrator has said in a statement to the media that the municipalities of the district of Tirana are debtors and has sent them the letters asking them to implement the contract because if it did not happen, it would bring chaos in the collection of urban waste.
"The court has decided that for the management of this company, the company for the administration of seized assets will be taken over, and I have been elected administrator under the Ministry of Interior. The work is continuing normally, all the contracts are being followed and the backlogs for the treatment of the urban waste of Tirana are being seen. One of the problems is that the municipalities of Tirana are debtors to this company and we are sending letters to make them responsible, since their non-implementation would bring chaos for the waste", he said.
SPAK announced on August 1) that it has seized the Tirana incinerator, for which it states that Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri were the "de facto" owners of the company "Integrated Energy BV SPV" sh.pk
According to SPAK, Klodian Zoto, in cooperation with the citizen Mirel Mërtiri, have benefited thanks to the falsified tax invoices, the monetary value of 409,428,000 (four hundred and nine million, four hundred and twenty eight thousand) ALL.
Klodian Zoto presented and declared falsified invoices for works performed through his other company "Integrated Energy Services" sh.pk, as a subcontractor of the concessionaire company "Integrated Energy BVSPV" sh.pk At the time of issuing these falsified invoices , it is proven that the "de facto" shareholders were citizens Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri.
