Criminalistics expert Artan Rexhepi has revealed that SPAK has received a powerful wiretapping device, which will be put into operation during the elections. Invited to the podcast 'Të Pashoj' on the Pamflet channel on YouTube, he said that thanks to the devices today, environmental wiretapping can be carried out through phones, without the need for phone calls.
-How can SPAK carry out infiltration or eavesdropping during elections?
Without a regular legal procedure, wiretapping is illegal. The Albanian state has no parameters for mass wiretapping. It is said that SPAK has received a device, but there is no infrastructure. I believe that there will be certain targets. Groups that are known. Theft is also the legal part. LSI, not that it affects me, with 110 thousand votes it got 4 deputies, while Tom Doshi got 3. SPAK has not escaped that the ministers have gone outside the territory and are advertising. This is where it starts. How did you run away with the state's money. -Let's talk now about the clash between SPAK and the political parties. How are the government and the opposition seeking to dissolve SPAK, or at least warning that they are doing so? What is this war with SPAK producing?
Rama went on the attack and made a retreat even with the blow he gave to Etjen Xhafaj, either leave the mandate or stop defending anyone. He went to the Prime Minister's line, since the Socialist Party, no interviews are published without Rama's permission. In my opinion, political attacks on the law are not very good in the formal part, but this has another side of the coin. I am of the opinion, first of all I do not support the Xhafaj commission, because until yesterday Rama and Xhafaj were in contradictions, and they became allies to fall for SPAK, after the Special Prosecution Office started to approach them.
In fact, in appearance and formally, Rama has not let his own down. He has not come out in their defense in a flagrant manner and I am surprised that no one speaks up. Maybe this was the pact, if they catch you, I will not defend you. For the Albanian mentality, I am not for an institution without any kind of control. It is that
