On February 7, 2024, the government has set new conditions for those who will request a permit to build facilities in areas designated for tourist development, and want to receive the special status of "4 and 5 Star Hotel".
According to the government's decision, those who want to get the "4 Star" status must pay 2000 Euros, while those who want to get the special "5 Star" status must pay 3000 Euros, which will be paid to the state treasury.
These fees will be paid as an application to the Ministry of Tourism-Environment, which is the ministry that will approve the permits, through a commission with 7 members appointed by the minister Mirela Kumbaro, but according to Bablok's decision, the final approval will be given by the minister herself.
In order to obtain the construction permit for the hotel with "4 Stars" and "5 Stars", investors must have 8 million Euros; which, as you know, for oligarchs, traffickers and government officials, the profit in 1 concession is as much as 1 load of cocaine and the bribes they receive in PPP.
But they will not be asked to declare, where they will find the other billions to build them; as Olta Xhaçka, Ilir Beqaj, Anila Denajt, Artan Dulak, as well as government clients Gjergj Luca, Pëllumb Gjoka, Abedin Oruçi, Roland Ziu, Lul Morina, etc., have not been asked to declare.
To "turn a blind eye" to the US-EU, as if the government has allegedly begun to fight and stop money laundering; Bablok has set this definition as a fictitious condition:
They will not receive permission for the special status of "4 Star" and "5 Star" hotels, all those persons convicted by final decisions for corruption, money laundering, terrorism financing; for production, sale and trafficking of drugs, forgeries, etc.
But Babloku has favored them in the other criterion, where he says that those who have financial resources can get permission by applying through other Albanian or foreign persons, who will not be required to declare the financial resources of the investments .
This decision is the next deception that Bablok is doing to the USA and the EU; because during 10 years, traffickers, oligarchs and thieving governors have been given hundreds of permits for palaces, villa complexes, resorts as strategic investors, towers and tourist villages.
While now, it is being removed as if I will no longer give them permission, when for 3 years, the US has tasked it with implementing the Anti-mafia law and Executive Order No. 14033, dated June 7, 2021 of President Joe Biden, for the seizure of bank accounts and real estate of oligarchs, traffickers and politicians./ Pamphlet
