It is learned that the tax administration is creating the unique property register, which will contain all the citizens' property, not only real estate, but also movable property such as vehicles, yachts or anything else.
"Construction of the Registry of Taxpayers' Assets (movable and immovable), with the aim of real assessment of taxpayers' assets, construction of a system for verification and tracking of taxpayers' income, full control of payments made for property tax ," it is stated in the plan of measures of the tax administration.
According to the document, this process will go through three stages, which will enable the integration of all the assets of individuals in a single register, which will be administered by taxes.
These phases include the creation of an Asset Registry with the relevant attributes, data exchange with web-services, and data analysis.
According to the tax administration, the register will be fed automatically from the data of a number of public institutions such as the Cadastre, the Road Service Directorate, the Civil Aviation Authority.
