PL Secretary General Tedi Blushi, Edmond Haxhinasto and MPs Erisa Xhixho and Petrit Vasili left today to visit PL President Ilir Meta in prison 313. According to PL MPs, they were not allowed.
"We did not have a meeting with Mr. Meta because the government violated every democratic norm that prevented our meeting. We had previously announced the meeting with all the necessary documents," said Vasili.
He further added that after entering the premises of the courtyard of the institution where Meta is being held, they waited for over an hour and a half and were then informed that they could not hold the meeting.
"We entered the courtyard and waited over an hour and a half to be informed that we could not make the meeting," he said.
