The Meteorological Department predicts relatively stable conditions, with moderate winds and calm seas on the coast.
Today, April 23, the country is expected to be affected by relatively stable weather conditions, according to the forecast of the Military Meteorological Service (SHMU).
During the first hours of the day, the weather will be characterized by alternating clouds and clear skies, while after noon, improvement in atmospheric conditions is expected in most of the territory.
Minimum and maximum temperatures will range from 4°C in northeastern areas such as Kukes and Peshkopia, to around 21°C in cities such as Elbasan and Berat. In coastal areas, such as Vlora and Saranda, maximum temperatures are expected to reach up to 20°C.
The wind will blow from the northeast to the northwest at an average speed of about 8 m/s, while in the valleys and along the coastline it can occasionally reach up to 16 m/s.
Regarding sea conditions, waves of force 2 to 4 are expected in the Adriatic and Ionian Seas, indicating a relatively calm situation for navigation.
