The Albanian territory will remain under the influence of the African heat, bringing clear weather and very high temperatures, with the Shkodra and Elbasan regions once again being hit by extreme values. In these two regions, the maximum will rise above 40 degrees Celsius.
The second part of the day will bring occasional cloudiness along the Eastern mountainous areas, leaving the coast and low-lying areas with only clear skies.
Air temperatures will drop to minimum values, with mountainous areas reaching 12°C, while the maximum will remain easily above 40°C, respectively in; Koplik; Urë Vajgurore, and Cërrik.
The wind will blow light to medium at speeds above 40 km/h from a mainly Northwesterly direction, creating waves of 2-3 force on the sea coasts.
