Lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu, while commenting on the action to free up public spaces, said that he supports it as an initiative and that it should continue.
Invited to the evening show 'Repolitix' on Report TV, he said that this action should not be interrupted like the action in 2013.
"Urban renaissance is both a political advantage and a political disadvantage. But let's not forget that the beginning of Rama's political career is the demolition of illegal constructions and kiosks. There is a joke when a foreigner asks an Albanian and he says 50% make coffee and 50% drink coffee and this shows the high number of coffee bars in Albania. We are a people in love with coffee. They have an office, they have a house, they have a meeting point.
"Albanians spend 99 percent of their time in coffee. So if there is one thing that is part of his experience, it is this. It is necessary because Rama must continue what he started in 2013. Which was a summer campaign that he left halfway and we hope he does not interrupt it, like he did in 2023," he said.
