ARRSH has released an announcement on the situation on the ground, after the snowfall.
According to ARRSH, during the night the intensity of snowfall decreased in the Northern area and increased in the South-Eastern area. While traffic continues without problems.
Temperatures have been decreasing, reaching -11 °C in the mountainous areas.
ARRSH appeals for drivers to be equipped with winter tires and chains. Also, walk carefully, respecting the road signs.
"During the night, the intensity of snowfall decreased in the Northern area and increased in the South-Eastern area, such as in the Thane-Korçë Pass, where in the Thane-Doganë Pass there was a strong wind Zęblak-Dogana Goricë, Korçë-Ersekë, Korçë-Dogana Kapshtice, in Dardha and in Voskopoja.
Temperatures have been decreasing, reaching -11 °C in the mountainous areas.
Working groups with snow removal tools in the field have cleared the roads of snow and distributed salt to avoid frost.
Traffic continues without problems.
Drivers should be equipped with winter tires and chains when traveling to segments with the presence of snow, reduce speed, respect traffic signs and traffic police instructions , "announced ARRSH.
