This is what journalist Elkier Bushkolaj said on A2CNN. According to him, every time the State Police goes there, an arsenal of weapons is discovered again.
" What's happening? They took it away from Durrës, the Durrës Police Directorate had it and brought it to Tirana. It was a very good move. But the problem is that it did not produce effectiveness. The murder of Gentian Beta happened, the murder of Rinas happened, a series of criminal events occurred that showed that it had nothing to do with the Durrës Police, but was also related to the incompetence of Tirana, that at the end of the day we are talking about the structure that has the best elements in the State Police and again the situation there is a no man's land ", said Bushkolaj.
Regarding the training sites of criminal groups, the journalist explained: “ Many of the criminal groups have their own bases. For example, in big cities there are certain areas. Kirasi has a criminal group that operates in that area. Another criminal group operates in another neighborhood of Shkodra. Tirana has its own specific areas. One criminal group, for example, operates in Fresk, another criminal group may operate in Yzberisht or in Astir .”
