Lawyer Ervin Karanxha has spoken about the legal situation and security measures for the famous TikTok rapper, Clevio Serbiano, recently extradited from Dubai to Albania to face justice.
Karanxha emphasized that Clevio is at risk due to numerous conflicts with various people and that it is very important to ensure the proper conditions for his protection in prison facilities.
"He is currently in the premises of the Penitentiary Institution and due to the threats he has made to his life, strict security measures must be taken, including limiting ventilation in order to avoid potential risks," the lawyer said.
Karanxha also stated that Clevio has previously violated the arrest order and that they are now awaiting further legal proceedings.
