It is predicted that the late hours of the evening will bring an increase in cloudiness and humidity in the air where the cold will be felt even more. Air temperatures will continue to be low in both extreme daily values, fluctuating from -5°C to 14°C.
The wind will blow medium to strong, reaching a speed of over 40 km/h from the southeast direction, bringing 2 wave waves to the sea coasts.

The polar cold follows, conditioning in the Republic of Kosovo; mostly stable weather, causing clear skies to be dominant until after noon when clouds are expected to appear, starting in the northern areas and gradually during the afternoon they will cover the entire territory of Kosovo. It is predicted that the late hours of the night will bring a gradual improvement of atmospheric conditions in most of the Republic of Kosovo. Air temperatures will drop both in the morning and in the afternoon, fluctuating the daily values from the minimum -5°C and the maximum will rise up to 4°C. The wind will blow moderately, but occasionally it will strengthen, reaching a maximum speed of 50 km/h from the permanent North-East direction.
North Macedonia
The Republic of MV will be dominated by stable atmospheric conditions, causing clear but relatively cold weather to be present during the morning in the entire territory of the MV, from time to time the passage of clouds is expected throughout the entire territory of the MV, more visible in Northern and Northwestern areas. Afternoon and evening hours will continue under the influence of clearing and cloudiness in most of MV but without precipitation. It is expected that frost on the road axes will appear again in MV. As for air temperatures, they will fall again in the morning and at noon, fluctuating daily values from -6°C to 5°C. The wind will blow light and moderate throughout the day reaching a maximum speed of up to 38 km/h from the direction mainly North-East.

Almost the entire European continent will be under the influence of stable air masses making clear and cold weather dominant. Concretely, the Iberian Peninsula, the Balkan Peninsula as well as Southeast Europe are presented with sun, while as a result of the presence for several days of a center of low atmospheric pressure, respectively in the Northeast of Europe, the Nordic countries, Eastern Europe, the Baltic region and partially Europe Central will have significant snowfall and frost.
