The Special Operations Group that was created immediately after the arrest of former Interior Minister Kadri Hazbiu and his deputy Feçor Shehu in mid-October 1982, headed by Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Zylyftar Ramizi, and as his subordinates, Enver Zeneli and Hasan Ulqinaku, among other measures, such as; The study and analysis of a large number of archival files, which belonged to a long period of time (1945-1982), called upon and asked some of the former senior officials of the leadership of the Albanian People's Army and former senior management cadres of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, State Security officers, etc., to provide, orally or in writing, what they knew, or had suspicions, regarding the "hostile activity" of Mehmet Shehu, Kadri Hazbiu, Feçor Shehu, Llambi Peçini, Mihallaq Ziçishti, Llambi Ziçishti, or other persons with whom they had worked or not, during the period that they had served at that ministry, or in the Internal Affairs Branches in the districts, in the Political Intelligence sector, at our diplomatic missions accredited in various countries of the world, etc., etc.
Among the former senior officials of the Albanian People's Army and the leading cadres and officers of the State Security, etc., who responded to this call, giving their testimonies orally or in writing to the Special Operative Group, were: Liri Belishova, (former member of the Politburo and secretary of the Albanian People's Army Central Committee for propaganda, art and culture), Nesti Kerenxhi, (former Major General, Director of State Security and Minister of Internal Affairs), Xhule Çiraku (former Major General, Director of Security and Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs), Rexhep Kolli (former Major General, Director of State Security and Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs), Zija Kambo (former Major General and Commander of the Republic Guard), Zoi Themeli (former Major General, Director of State Security and Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs), Nevzat Haznedari, (former Major General and Head of Investigation at the Ministry of Internal Affairs), Hekuran Pobrati (former Colonel and senior State Security officer), Feti Smokthina (former Colonel and Commander of the Republic Guard), Zylfi Saliu (former Colonel, senior State Security officer, head of the Internal Branch in several districts, and deputy of the People's Assembly), Lelo Sinaj, (former Major Officer and Director of State Security), Halil Zeneli (former Colonel of Security and head of the Internal Branch in several districts), Ilo Manushi (Major Officer and Chief of the Personnel Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs), Xhemal Bejto Fasllia, (former Senior State Security officer at the Ministry of Internal Affairs), Ibrahim Kubati (former Senior cadre, sentenced to political imprisonment, together with his brother, Ali Kubati, former Vice-President of the Executive Committee of Tirana, close friend and friends of Myslym Keta), Mark Dodani (former lieutenant colonel and senior State Security officer), etc., which Memorie.al has published in previous issues.

Më kujtohet se në vitin 1976, ish-zëvendës Drejtori i Drejtorisë së Tiranës, Kadri Ismailati (vdekur në prill 1977), më ka thënë se: “Gjatë viteve 1957, 1958, 1959, kur kam qenë në punë, shefi i Sigurimit të Zbulimit të Kufirit në rrethet Gjirokastër dhe Sarandë, kisha në ndjekje disa përpunime, që lidheshin më Grupin e Teme Sejkos. Bile, nëpërmjet agjenturës që unë mbaja në atë kohë në lidhje, arrita të mësoj se………..!
Në vitin 1959, jam thirrur për të raportuar në Drejtorinë e Sigurimit të Shtetit, për lidhjet që unë përpunoja. Analizën e bëmë tek Kadri Hazbiu, ku midis disa kuadrove kryesorë (emrat nuk m’i ka thënë), ishte dhe Mihallaq Ziçishti.
Emri i……..nuk u përmend fare në këtë analizë, ndonëse ishim mbledhur për zbulimin e plotë të veprimtarisë armiqësore të një grupi armiqësor, pjesëtari së cilës doli dhe……………….!
Nuk m’u durua dhe mbasi dolën të gjithë, u ktheva dhe kërkova takim Kadri Hazbiut dhe duke qenë vetëm i thashë se………..! Ai më tha se; nga e di ti këtë gjë dhe ndonëse kish porositur …………të kishte kujdes, të mos merrte nëpër gojë kuadrot.
Siç më ka treguar Kadri Ismailati, për Teme Sejkon, ka pasur të dhëna nga agjentura e zonës kufitare, por konkretisht, ai pseudonimet nuk m’i ka thënë.
Në vitin 1977, (disa ditë para se të vdiste Kadri Ismailati), rreth datës 15 apo 16 Prill, ish-drejtori i Drejtorisë së Tiranës, Nustret Dauti, më dërgoi në ministri, për një çështje pune. Në korridor, mbaj mënd se jam takuar me Kadri Hazbiun, dhe në distancë, pasi u përshëndeta, i tregova se Kadri Ismailati, kishte vdekur.
Ai ndaloi dhe më tha se Kadriu ka qenë kuadër i aftë dhe i përgatitur, edhe pse nuk kishte shkollë, ishte tip inteligjent dhe mjaft i mprehtë. Ndër të tjera më tha se në vitin 1959, Kadri Ismailati i kishte thënë atij se…….por unë ja mohova vetëm për çështje sekreti, pasi ishte problem qe dije vetëm nga disa kuadro këtu në Ministri.

From the clarification of the matter, it turned out that this girl was from Elbasan, born in 1953, by Kostandina Nauni, but not the one who works in the main leader's group.
I think this issue needs to be clarified, as it may have been manipulated and plotted for certain purposes by Kadri Hazbiu and Feçor Shehu, who if they could clarify that it was true that Konstantina Nauni, (who worked at the escort group), was born (………………………) this with………….!
