A foreign citizen, aged 47, died yesterday after falling from a height while working on the construction of a building in the former Blloku area of Tirana. The worker died due to a violation of occupational safety regulations at the construction site of the building, which is known as the Shkëlzeni building. Police have arrested two young engineers, while the administrator has fled.
The palace is being built by businessman Agim Zeqo, known as Gimi i Redbullit, a controversial businessman close to the Berisha Family, a close associate of Shkëlzen Berisha. Strong suspicions have been raised in the media that Gimi i Redbullit is a front for Shkëlzen Berisha and his protégé in the construction of towers in Tirana and resorts on the coast.
Agim Zeqo has a villa in 'Rolling Hills' in Tirana, next to the villa where Shkëlzen Berisha, the son of former Prime Minister Berisha, lives. By keeping the opposition under control, Edi Rama is forced to give towers, residences, tenders, concessions and public properties to businessmen who serve as ATMs for the Berisha Family, from Bashkim Ulaj, Agim Zeqo, Klod Allajbeu, Rrok Gjoka, Salillari, etc.
Also, Agim Zeqo, who appears in several SPAK files covering the money laundering of corrupt politicians, turns out to have often traveled to different countries with Shkëlzen Berisha. Zeqo, one of the biggest beneficiaries of Edi Rama's power, turns out to be a close associate of Arben Ahmetaj, wanted by SPAK for corruption and money laundering.

The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Police Commissariat No. 2: arrested citizen DH, 32 years old, working as an engineer for a construction company, and declared citizens EK, 34 years old, working as an administrator of the company, and RJ, 75 years old, working as a technical manager, as it is suspected that as a result of violating the rules of occupational safety, the foreign citizen VN, 47 years old, fell from the height of a building under construction yesterday, who consequently lost his life. Work is underway to capture the two citizens declared wanted.
